Referrals

Solve & Win is a solutions-oriented law firm. If we cannot assist in resolving your legal matter, at no cost to you, we may offer you up to three referrals to another esteemed lawyer or law firm (a “Lead Attorney”) that is the right fit for your legal issue. Per California State Bar rules of professional responsibility, the client must consent to this referral between us (the “Consulting Lawyer”) and the Lead Attorney. We have offered a simplified two-step process for you to consent to your referral by first consenting at this link:

Then, once we identify and you select the right Lead Attorney, we will send you a confirmatory email for you to respond that you accept this referral arrangement naming the Lead Attorney.

We strive for top notch service to our clients and referrals. As the Consulting Attorney, we standby throughout your referral as a consultant to the Lead Attorney, and as a sounding board to address and brainstorm solutions to your legal needs. We are available by phone and email to help you achieve your goals.

In consideration for the time and effort that we expend in reaching out to lawyers, consulting with those lawyers about your matter, reviewing your evidence, and standing by your side through every step of the legal process, we receive a referral fee from the Lead Attorney, which costs you nothing. Indeed, State Bar rules require that your fee cannot increase due to this referral.
